Sangre de Cristos In Blue and White

gary tompkins January 30, 2015

There are many opportunities to view the majestic Sangre de Cristo mountains in Colorado, their peaks holding the Continental Divide. Often appearing above a sea of clouds and sometimes completely covered by them. If you drive from my house to Cripple Creek you will come over the last hill and thru the last curve and the reveal is spectacular!

In honor of the Seattle Seahawks participating in the Super Bowl this weekend I offer you this image of a small section of this mountain range in blue and white to match the logo of the team.
